Hello, Thank you for choosing Christi Crylics for your nail services. As a friendly reminder, please provide me with a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to do so, there will be a 50% late cancellation fee. I appreciate your punctuality. You are granted a 15-minute grace period. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, there will be a $20 late fee or possible cancellation. If you are 25 minutes late, I will have to cancel your appointment. If you fail to call or show up, there will be a charge for the full service amount, and you will be unable to book another appointment. It is advisable to inform the artist in advance of any planned changes to your services to avoid last-minute adjustments. If you happen to break a nail, text the artist for a complimentary nail repair up to 48 hours after your appointment.
